I hope you all had a good festive season. It was quiet over here… Mr Sandrine caught Covid a couple of days before Christmas, so all plans were cancelled at the last minute, for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and my birthday! As I had planned to take two weeks off work, that left me with a lot of empty days and nowhere to go… This is how my Etsy shop got revamped. This dusting of the shop shelves was something that was on the 2024 to-do list. However, like with all my tidying up, figurative or otherwise, I was in doubt that it would happen in any sort of hurry. In fact, I wasn’t sure it would happen before the end the year. I was pretty shocked that it was finished by the first week of January.
I added lots of prints of my favourite paintings, some as giclée prints on paper, some as stretched prints on canvas. There are also a lot of home décor items, like mugs and coasters, kitchen towels and sports bottles. Original paintings and downloadable tutorials are still there. I changed the name of the shop too. I liked the old name “Flora’s Patch” but apparently it was hard to find me. The shop is now simply called SandrineMaugy.
